This year’s Annual EMSC Grantee Meeting will be held June 25-27, 2008, at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda in Bethesda, MD. The meeting will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on June 25 and 26, and from 7:30 a.m. to noon on June 27. It will be held jointly with the mid-year meeting of the National Association of State EMS Officials, which is scheduled for June 24 and 25. To register for this year’s Annual EMSC Grantee Meeting, access the on-line registration form available on the official EMSC Grantee Meeting website at: http://www.blsmeetings.net/emsc08.
The following individuals with new or continuation grant funding starting on March 1, 2008, are expected to attend the Annual Grantee Meeting as a condition of their EMSC grant funding:
- State Partnership grantees (two project representatives and one consumer/family representative);
- Targeted Issue grantees (two project representatives, one of whom should be the principal investigator or co-principal investigator);
- Network Demonstration Development Project grantees (two project representatives from each regional node, one of whom should be the principal investigator or co-principal investigator); and
- Central Data Management Coordinating Center grantee (two project representatives).
Other individuals interested in EMSC activities are invited to attend.
The National EMSC Data Analysis Resource Center (NEDARC) coordinates multiple
workshops each year. The workshops are designed for EMSC grant representatives.
