Adhering to Report Deadlines

The EMSC Program requires that certain reports be submitted for all EMSC grantees, no matter the type of grant (Partnership, Targeted Issue, or Network Development Demonstration Projects). A brief description of each report is provided below along with their respective deadline.

  1. Successful applicants receiving grant funds will be required, within 120 days of the Notice of Grant Award (NGA), to register in HRSA’s Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) and electronically complete the program specific data forms that appear in Appendix F of this guidance.

  2. A financial status report is required within 90 days of the end of each grant year. The report is an accounting of expenditures under the project that year. More specific information will be included in the award notice.

  3. Within 90 days following the end of the project period, a final report is due (see attached Final Report Template) (PDF), which shall contain information and data of interest to the EMSC Program, Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Congress, and other States. A standardized final report form will be sent to all successful applicants.
